If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase under the following circumstance, we’re here to help.

1. Manufacturing defects
2. Actual Product damaged during delivery; or
3. Non-conforming items delivered

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the receipt or proof of purchase

Describe the faulty product supported by photograph(s). Any such notice with insufficient information will not be entertained.

• Once we have received your email, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your email within 3 business days and the Company will advise you the mode of exchange
